 water swim training series - six progressive Sunday morning sessions held 
 at the iconic Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental\, Abu Dhabi\, from 5 July 
 through 29 November 2026\, 07:00 am - 09:30 am. Whether you are racing Iro
 nman Muscat\, competing in a half or full distance triathlon\, or simply w
 orking towards the goal of swimming 4\,000 meter non-stop in the open wate
 r\, this series is built for you. Each session begins with a Vasa swim tra
 iner activation\, followed by a structured pool (over the summer) and open
  water (in the winter) that builds progressively from 1\,000 meters in Jul
 y to a full 4\,000 meters race simulation in November\, and finishes with 
 a recovery plunge pool and guided breath-work session. Flexible bookings o
 ptions are available\, from a single drop in to the full six session serie
 s with packages to suit every schedule and commitment level. Spaces are st
